Starter Feeding

This is the golden ratio for feeding your starter.

Ingredients​

All ingredients should be at a ratio of *1:1:1

  • starter
  • bread flour
  • filtered water (80 - 90°F)

Directions​

  • Mix water and starter until milky
  • Mix bread flour into the starter
  • Note: Starter should be at a pancake batter texture, add more water or flour to adjust.
