Description of recipe

Ingredients

  • 200g sourdough discard
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F
  • Mix sourdough discard and melted butter
  • Spread thin on baking sheet with parchement paper
  • Add seasonings
  • Bake for 10 minutes at 325°F
  • Take out sheet and add score to create the crackers
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 325°F
